Gtk-WARNING **: Theme directory 96x96/action of theme HumanAzul2 has no size field
Is due to an 's' missing at the end of line 12 in HumanAzul2/index.theme
It's the big honking line that lists a bunch of directories with sizes. It ends with 96x96/action which should be 96x96/actions
Unless the download link (via that awful file hosting site) is just not updated yet, this problem exists in the 06-12 update. - Jun 12 2006

You don't need to have .themes/ in there either. Just run the command in the same directory as the theme directory so you only pack up your theme by itself with no parent folders. This is fairly standard practice.
$ cd ~/.themes
$ tar cvvfj Ubuntulooks-Orange-smooth.tar.gz Ubuntulooks-Orange-smooth
What you seem to be doing is along the lines of:
$ cd $HOME
$ tar cvvfj Ubuntulooks-Orange-smooth.tar.gz .themes/Ubuntulooks-Orange-smooth
Since tar always packs with whatever path you enter on the command line.

I've seen this a few times lately (maybe the others were also your themes) but there is no real reason have the tarball unpack with usr/share/themes/ directories. If you develop the theme in your ~/.themes/ directory, you can just pack it up directly and let people unpack it in their own ~/.themes/ directory without any problems.
Just my $0.02.
Nice adjustments by the way :)

I had thought that the Human theme was actually in the artwork package, which would place it under the CC license unless otherwise stated.. but Human is indeed in gtk2-engines-ubuntulooks, so it is indeed GPLd. - Mar 13 2006

2) You might be able to accomplish this with nautilus extensions.
3) If someone wrote this as an extension, it would make a fair number of people happy.

Personal opinion, I like the gradient used on tabs and buttons (convex), I think it would look good of the menu item hilight used a similar bevel (currently it looks concave, like Bluecurve).
Again, nice work. - Jan 16 2005

The problem is the tarball structure, you should tar up the theme direcory directly. Eg, you have:
Ubuntu-Etiquette/Ubuntu - Etiquette/
The first directory only contains the second directory, and should be removed so you just have:
Ubuntu - Etiquette/

I've been getting konq crashes using this style. This happens on two occasions: when the popup window opens on loading http://www.washingtonpost.com/ and when I have konq open and switch from another style to kalloy. This has been happening for all versions of kallow (1-3).
Here is the washingtonpost.com traceback, I'll post the other traceback when it happens again:
