really cool stuff, I must say.
However, I'd have two suggestions. First, to begin with, I'd fancy an option for a 2-dimensional scroll pane. And second, scroll ratio should be customisable (using a touchpad it's a bit akward to have to reinitiate the move once you hit the border). Other than that I really felt comfortable within a jiffie.

you certainly know the Animations in the Oxygen theme. Do you think that it's possible for you to port them to QtCurve?

b) no, any other effect was disabled
c) i915, Mesa (git)
d) I did
but I made some further observations. I think it's actually only affecting menus in firefox and eclipse when I use QtCurve for gtk2 applications. - Oct 06 2011

I've just been trying out your effect and have some first feedback.
I was creating an opacity transition effect for the close event with a long transition time (>500ms). What I saw then is that after the first few transition cycles the "effected" region looses its content which means that from then on a more or less black box fades out. - Oct 05 2011

thank you very much, it indeed did the trick.
But now I'm having some other peculiarity. The install target wants to install not only the qtcurve stuff but also other things like Qt headers. I just realized when I built an rpm; this also applies to the kde3 and gtk2 packages. Is it me or maybe something else?

I have a problem that cmake does not find qdbusxml2cpp though it is installed.
Where can I tweak the configuration so that cmake finds the program?
