It's easy to edit a theme. Go to /home/.themes/Argentum/gtk.../gtkrc.
Open that file with gedit and there you can change any section, changing color and more. To change scrolbars, you only have to go to folder: /home/.themes/Argentum/gtk.../Scrolbar/ and edit these images. - Jul 12 2008
