The overall margin around the menu is defined in the line 595 in lightlystyle.cpp. You can change the return value to something like 2 or 1.

The spacing between the icon and the label is defined in the lightly.h, check the lines from 60 to 62. - Aug 27 2020

Kde color schemes become rather irrelevant when using kvantum, I just change the active and inactive title bar color. The decoration in this screenshot is breezeblurred.

And the dock is a plasma panel with just icon only task manager. - Sep 24 2018

Are you using large border size option?? I recommed using normal or no border at all.
As for the white tittle bar, I didn't even notice because AWC hides it automatically, but its fixed now.

To ajust a individual latte panel just right click on the panel, go to "Dock/Panel settings", then go to appearance tab and change the opacity value.
About the font, I don't know if it has emoji suport, i'm sorry.
As for the global menu with active window control.. it's very buggy. You could try restart latte dock or remove and add the plasmoid again. - Aug 05 2018

- You can ajust the transparency in the panel settings, under appearance.
- The icons are here https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1218021/ , although i did some modifications to have better kde support. I may release it soon.
- About the font, you only have to change the general font, mine is SF Compact Text Regular 10.
