chrome uses GTK and refers to a certain cursor frame that is not in my set, you can solve this by letting the browser know what theme to use (so done in KDE) or give me a link with an example of the cursor set that you have running, so I added to the set the frame to which it refers - May 30 2019

1: size changes should not be, because the cursor is created only under x32, and I'm just too lazy to do it under other resolutions)
