I really like this, it's my default splash screen for now.

we are especially looking for ideas for the default artwork for the next release.

Of course this uses the Ubuntu logo rather than the Kubuntu one, which is a shame. - Apr 28 2005

Yes, plenty of small problems still to be sorted out, most gnome themes don't work properly yet.

The screenshot was taken with kdmthemer from kdenonbeta which is why the $USER bit doesn't show properly. In KDM it doesn't show at all.

These are too detailed to be used as practical icons, however if anyone has any ideas for a KOffice logo that would be very welcome.

Umbrello 1.2 fixes many beasties but unfortunately it also adds many new ones. We'll get there! (And adding reports to bugs.kde.org with backtraces always helps :)

Umbrello 1.2, which will be released very soon with KDE 3.2, fixes the problem with aggregation diamonds and lets you add stereotypes in more places.

(Of course if you report this issues to bugs.kde.org they would get fixed faster nag nag...)

Probably not, you need to compile it alongside kmilo which is only in KDE 3.2 CVS/beta releases. - Jan 09 2004
