Thanks for this great and comprehensive theme pack!
I've made an Aurorae Theme Blur-Glassy-v.4 for myself with all black window buttons by copying the image files from the Orchis theme, and I thought you might like to include such an alternative as well. ;-)

I have a small problem, I don't find a solution. I installed the theme as intended but not everything is transparent or blured as it should be (e.g. Dolphin, only titlebar is blured). what could be the reason?!

You need to install Quantum Manager and Kvantum Theme "Blur-Glassy-Kvantum": https://store.kde.org/p/1364705/

If you don't want Kvantum, then try Kwin Scripts "Force Blur": https://store.kde.org/p/1294604/

I couldn't make Force Blur to work... Kvantum works fine, but if I want to add transparancy and blur to GTK -- no dice.

Hi franko,

For Force Blur instructions:

Install the script.

Run the following in terminal, to enable script configuration:

mkdir -p ~/.local/share/kservices5/
cp ~/.local/share/kwin/scripts/forceblur/metadata.desktop ~/.local/share/kservices5/forceblur.desktop

Open Kwin Scripts page in System Settings.

Enable Force Blur script by checking the checkbox next to it.

Change script settings. Note that the script can only match with window classes.

Click OK to enable the script.

Whenever settings are changed, you must disable and re-enable the script.
(Uncheck -> Apply -> Check -> Apply)

For GTK:

Kvantum does not provide Blur and transparency for GTK applications. This will enable "Force Blur"

Thank you! What I really missed was, it turned out, to make the individual windows transparent, first. I didn't know it was possible, and I was expecting Force Blur to do both transparency and blur for some reason... Once I figured that, it turned out Force Blur was warking all the time. :-D
Now the only thing I regret is that making a window transparent in KWin makes it entirely transparent, while I would prefer, for example, have web content in Firefox and Thunderbird non-transparent, while keeping the widgets transparent... But OK, for now. :-)
And thank you again for all the effort on the theme and to explain how it works! :-)

I've got that. But as I said, that makes the entire window transparent. I would like the widgets transparent, while keeping the html content opaque.

If you don't want Transparency and Blur, set to 100%, or simply Don't mark Active opacity and Inactive opacity.
