This started as Embassy (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=35951), but I thought of a few modifications I thought would look good on it. The windec is Powder (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=29935), the style is QtCurve shiny glass option (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=5065), the icons are NuoveXT (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=26449), the wallpaper is Unwetterhimmel (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=26449), the kicker background is the windec (grabbed from a screenshot), and the Superkaramba themes, Aero-AIO and Liquid Weather ++, use the Aero-G style. Comment, please, and if it is requested, I will make a theme package.
Sorry, but I have a small monitor, so even the full-size shots are only 1024x768. They are hosted on my server due to filesize restrictions and I cannot guarantee that they will always be available.

this missed the 'integrated' look of the menu bar, which was my essential point for embassy... But hey... everybody is free to change that and since Embassy is GPLed to republish it.

However WRT the wallpaper: I honestly love this wallpaper and I am using that myself, too. However the artistic license prevents from releasing Embassy under the GPL license, if I bundle it with the theme.

Very nice!
The link to Unwetterhimmel is wrong, should be http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=22383

Actually, both your link and my link are wrong. If you'll look closely, the wallpaper you link to has no utility pole, while the one in my screenshots does. It is a bit confusing, I know, which is why the page without poles includes a link to the page with poles. I just copied it wrong. It should be http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=15000
