Hi!
I'm sorry I've got no idea about installing themes. I'm running Ubuntu now.
How can I install this theme? System>Preferences>Theme does not accept this file, I think that there is a program for installing those themes?

I learned how, they must be installed without uncompress the file. But I can't see the window border transparent. What can I do?

For transparent window border you need actived Desktop Efects and install Emerald themer. My window border you can find here: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Transparent+Cherry?content=72488

To install any downloaded Appimage via GUI, use this tool AppImagelauncher.

To install Appimages from Appimagehub via CLI use appimage-cli-tool.
This allows you to e.g. search appimages with "app search xyz" and install any appimage via command "app install #id".
